Memorandum of Understanding of mutual cooperation between JNIOSH and OSHRI re-signed

The Memorandum of Understanding of mutual cooperation (MOU) was re-signed between JNIOSH and OSHRI, Korea on 25th March, 2015. It is the third-time extension of the MOU that has been launched since 2006, considering the substantial achievements over the past years. The aim of this MOU is to promote research activities including exchanging knowledge and researchers, organizing international seminars and workshops, and conducting joint researches.

The MOU was signed between Dr. Yasutaka Ogawa, president of JNIOSH and Dr. Kwon Hyuck-myun, director-general of OSHRI in the headquarters of JNIOSH, Kiyose district, Tokyo. Prior to the signing of the MOU, Dr. Kwon presented a special lecture entitled "Korea experience of major chemical accident prevention".
